KRIF Ghana Limited has launched its 40th anniversary celebrations with a mega product exhibition and sales event in Accra, offering deep discounts and promotional incentives to customers and partners.

The event, held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, forms part of a broader engagement strategy by the company to connect with customers and partners through a series of activities, while showcasing its latest product range and promotional offerings.

Addressing participants, the Executive Chairman of KRIF Ghana Limited, Rev. Kennedy Okosun, said the exhibition goes beyond a routine sales event, describing it as a strategic engagement to appreciate customers and strengthen relationships built over four decades.

“This gathering is more than an exhibition. It is the first in a number of carefully planned events designed to engage, appreciate, and celebrate with our partners and customers before the grand anniversary celebration,” he said.

Founded with the aim of redefining the office equipment and supplies industry, the company has over the years positioned itself as a provider of complete and reliable workplace solutions. Mr. Okosun noted that the firm’s operations have been guided by a commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.

“At the core of our journey are values that continue to guide us. We are driven by the desire to consistently satisfy and exceed customer expectations and to deliver high-quality, globally trusted products that perform with precision and reliability,” he said.

He added that the company remains focused on delivering value to customers through innovative promotional strategies, including the anniversary offers introduced at the exhibition.

Key among the promotions is a “half price” offer on all products displayed at the event, alongside a cash-back scheme that allows customers to receive instant monetary rewards based on their total purchases.

Mr. Okosun explained that under the cash-back promotion, customers are billed the full value of purchased items and subsequently receive immediate cash rewards, describing it as a distinctive approach to sharing value directly with clients. “This is our unique way of rewarding our customers and allowing them to share in the excitement of this milestone,” he said.

The exhibition features a wide range of products including money counting machines, fireproof safes, laminating and binding equipment, and premium stationery, all selected with an emphasis on durability, efficiency and long-term performance.

According to Mr. Okosun, the company’s product philosophy has remained consistent over the years, focusing only on items it trusts and would confidently use.

“From day one, KRIF Ghana has operated on a simple principle: we only offer products we trust and would use ourselves. This has shaped our standards and defined our reputation,” he noted.

He further highlighted the importance of customer service in the company’s operations, describing it as the foundation of its business rather than an obligation.

“Customer service means listening, responding promptly, and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and consistency. Many of our customers today are long-standing partners who have grown with us,” he said.

The Executive Chairman also underscored the role of international partnerships in sustaining the company’s growth, noting that KRIF Ghana has built relationships with manufacturers across Europe, the United States and Asia to ensure access to high-quality products.

The exhibition, he said, serves as a preview of the company’s future direction and its continued commitment to innovation and service delivery.

“This event is a signal of our continued growth, our evolving solutions, and our renewed commitment to serving our customers better,” he said.

He encouraged participants to take full advantage of the promotional offers and engage with the company’s team as part of the anniversary experience.

Also, Head of Engineering Department at KRIF Ghana Limited, Enoch Yeboah Manford, in a presentation on the features and functions of the company’s products said, modern office environments depend on reliable automation and security equipment to improve efficiency and protect critical assets.

He noted that the exhibition showcased a range of solutions, including money counting machines, shredders, laminators, binding systems and fire-resistant safes, all designed to address everyday operational needs of institutions.

He said that effective cash management remains a priority for organisations handling large volumes of transactions, noting that KRIF’s counting machines are equipped with advanced features to detect counterfeit notes, identify irregularities and process different currency conditions with accuracy.

On document security, he stressed the importance of proper disposal of confidential materials, adding that the company’s shredders are built to handle varying capacities and can safely destroy paper, pins, cards and digital media.

He also pointed to laminating and binding solutions that enhance document presentation and durability, as well as fire-resistant safes designed to protect valuables and sensitive records. According to him, the products are supported by after-sales service, technical support and warranty packages to ensure long-term reliability for users.
