Global Political and Investment Leaders to Convene in Washington, D.C. for High-Level U.S.–Africa Summit

At a time of shifting global alliances and intensifying competition for capital, senior political leaders, institutional investors, and business executives from Africa, the United States, and beyond will convene in Washington, D.C. for the African Leaders & Partners (ALP) Summit 2026, hosted by EBII Group Corp

Held at the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center, the Summit will bring together policymakers and capital providers to address one of the most pressing global questions: how to unlock investment into Africa at scale while managing risk in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.

The flagship event—convened in partnership with the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the Government of the District of Columbia—will focus on governance, financial integrity, and investment de-risking as critical levers for mobilising capital, strengthening supply chains, and advancing economic security.

Senior-level engagement is underway across U.S. government institutions, African leadership, multilateral organisations, and the private sector, including high-profile political figures, development finance institutions, and global business leaders.

With participation curated at Head-of-State and institutional level, the ALP Summit is positioned as a closed-door, outcomes-driven platform—designed not for dialogue alone, but to advance capital deployment, partnerships, and implementation across key sectors including energy, critical minerals, trade, and technology.

As global powers recalibrate economic strategy and supply chains, the Summit provides a rare, high-level forum at the intersection of policy, capital, and execution—with direct implications for U.S.–Africa relations, investment flows, and global economic alignment.
