Addressing a Growing Health Concern
Chronic kidney disease remains a growing
public health concern in Ghana, often linked to unmanaged hypertension and
diabetes. Early detection through routine screening significantly improves
treatment outcomes and reduces complications. This initiative seeks to bridge gaps in
access to preventive healthcare by bringing essential diagnostic services
directly to the community.
Community Impact and Partnerships
The 2026 celebration is supported by
strategic partners including Smart Innovations Ghana Limited, Donsey’s Kitchen
and other sponsors committed to improving health outcomes through collaboration
and community engagement.
We are encouraging residents within the
North Dayi District and surrounding areas to take advantage of the free
screening opportunity and to prioritize routine health checks as part of
preventive care.
For further information, community
members are advised to contact the organizers ahead of the event date.
