Goldstar Air to Shake Up Ghana's Aviation Industry with Biweekly Pay Structure

Goldstar Air, a private international airline, is set to introduce a biweekly employee pay structure in Ghana, aligning with its global salary structure to promote fairness and equality. This move makes Goldstar Air the first airline in Ghana's aviation sector to implement such a system.
