After months of calculated evasion, Dr. Kofi Amoa-Abban, CEO of Kofi Abban Holdings and RIGWORLD Solutions, has finally been served with two separate contempt of court applications by Titanium 123 Properties Ltd.
He was officially served in public by a court bailiff on Friday, May 30, 2025, during the UPSA Practitioners’ Forum, where he was keynote speaker. It was both symbolic and necessary — because for months, Dr. Abban used every means possible to avoid the law.
Let me say this clearly:
This man, with all his corporate power and political connections, deliberately refused to respond to court documents, while unleashing police, military, and landguards to attack our workers and destroy properties valued at over GHS 2 million — in total disregard of a High Court ruling.
From August 2024 to April 2025, he and his associate Edward Tetteh supervised demolitions, harassment, and illegal takeovers of our land in Prampram — land we acquired lawfully, and which the court ruled our grantees could develop.
Even when the court dismissed his application to vary the ruling, he ignored it and pressed on.
He used state agencies, influential individuals, and delayed legal tactics — all to frustrate us.
In January 2025, he tried to secretly negotiate with our landowners at the residence of the Prampram Chief, Nene Tetteh Wakah, claiming he wanted to build a hospital.
But the truth has caught up with him. And the law is finally taking its course.
Let this serve as a reminder: No amount of wealth, power or connections puts you above the law.
Ghana belongs to all of us. And justice, when delayed, is still coming.
