"Where Is My Speech?" - Prez Mahama Asks At ECOWAS Summit (WATCH)

President John Dramani Mahama at the tail end of his speech as the out-going Chairman of ECOWAS, realised that the last two pages of his speech was missing.

“Where is my speech…I am missing certain pages in my speech…,” he said openly while delivering his remarks.
