Lenovo Delivers New Smartphone range to Nigeria


Lenovo is set to deliver three new smartphones to the Nigerian market. According to the company, it will launch the P70, S90 and S60 in Nigeria.
According to Lenovo, the Lenovo P70 has a 4000mAh battery, which has a batery life of up to three days. The P70 also features a 5-inch display with HD resolution at 720×1280 pixels.
According to Lenovo, the device also features a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor, Mediatek MT6752 64-bit chip, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.
The Lenovo S90 comes with a 8 megapixel front-facing camera and front LED flash. The Lenovo S60 is set to showcases the fun and social sides of the smartphone user.
According to Techcabal, Shashank Sharma, Executive Director of Mobile Business Group at Lenovo, Middle East and Africa affirmed Nigeria as one of its principal destination for investment.
“In the past one year, Lenovo has made strong progress with its Nigerian consumers. We consider the region as a principal destination for investment, even as we continue to record robust growth in sales. Sustaining a solid in-country presence is very important to us from both social and economic standpoints. We will continue to expand our business and invest heavily in this market.” said Sharma.
