Tonaton first in market to launch free new app with data-savings functionality, Ghana’s most known local website, has unveiled a free new mobile app that enables Ghanaians to consume less data while accessing its online marketplace. 

In a press briefing on Wednesday, April 29th, 2015, Sandra Abrokwa, head of, told reporters that the company was excited to provide its one million monthly visitors access to new and pre-owned items at affordable prices while on the go.

Sandra Abrokwa took the opportunity to also caution Ghanaians on safe online trading, saying that the company is putting stringent measures in place to curb online fraud.
